I was responsible for designing proposal templates for one of the top 3 commercial real estate brands, Colliers International. Being one of the top commercial real estate organizations, working on jobs like these comes with huge responsibilities and expectations. Although I may not have played a direct role in closing their big deals, I like to think that I played a huge role in presenting Colliers International in the best way possible to its clients in order to help close significant deals. It takes a true skill to be able to take pages full of notes and numbers and pull them together to look aesthetically pleasing during meetings to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts. I was able to consistently accomplish this with Collers International.
