Just as it’s true in home sales, that initial reaction is critical. As a designer that’s familiar with the real estate industry, I understand that, just as listings should convey great “curb appeal,” real estate marketing materials should communicate the same message. The look and feel of marketing materials also play a big role in how effective they will be as selling tools. Beautiful properties should “invite” prospects to come inside to take a closer look, their website, flyers, ads, and postcards should solicit a response and encourage the prospect to take action! This is what I kept in mind while designing the marketing materials for Henin Real Estate to help drive traffic into these listings.
